Vivité Vibrance Therapy
Vibrance Therapy is the heavy artillery of home skin peel products for fine lines and wrinkles. Formulated with 15% glycolic acid at a pH of 3.8, this water-based product lifts dead skin cells from pores and around wrinkles, smoothing out the texture of the skin and making fine lines invisible and deeper wrinkles less visible.
The problem with Vibrance Therapy is that it is too strong to use every day. Excessive use of the product can lead to inflammation, irritation, drying, flaking, peeling, and itch — but it is still a great product to use every other day. Since it is fragrance-free, it will not trigger allergic reactions or irritate sensitive skin. The only issue is to make sure not to use it more than once every other day.
Use caution, however, if you choose Vivité’s Revitalizing Eye Cream. Its 10% concentration of glycolic acid at a pH of 3.8 can cause eye inflammation and redness, and it should never be used on the eyelids. Moreover, its antioxidants will go bad almost as quickly as the package is opened, due to a defect in package design.
